Construction of the villa style homes began in 1997 on land across Fairway Drive from the Wedgewood Country Club. A map can be found under the Location tab on this site.
The variety of home designs range in size from 2000-2900 sq ft.; each having a basement, double car garage, and relaxing back porch.
Maintenance of each individual house is the responsibility of the homeowner. High quality landscape care and snow removal are provided to all homes by the association. Association fees, paid by homeowners, pay for these community services.
The community's fenced and gated perimeter with lighted streets offers a sense of security, while the open grassy areas are a delight to those inside. The gazebo is often filled with neighbors during community planned social activities.

chapter 5311 of the revised code of Ohio for The Barringtons at
Wedgewood Villa Condominium Community were filed with the Delaware County
Auditor on November 24, 1997.
